1.	Offer is valid for a €50 Kildare Village Gift Code
2.	Gift Codes will be sent by email to the email address registered with Dulux Trade Points.
3.	Gift Codes will normally be received within 2 working days. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Dulux nor WIN|WIN shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses
4.	Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery. Neither Dulux nor WIN|WIN can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Code following delivery to the recipient. The Gift Code will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Dulux nor WIN|WIN is responsible for Gift Code used without your knowledge
5.	The re-sale of Gift Codes is strictly prohibited
6.	Gift Code which are altered or cancelled will not be accepted
7.	The promotion is not open to employees of WIN|WIN or Dulux
8.	Your Gift Code entitles you to the stated amount off a gift card purchase
9.	Unused credit can be carried to a subsequent purchase.
10.	Gift Codes and Gift Cards may not be exchanged for cash
11.	Gift Card is to be collected at Kildare Village Concierge Services
12.	The Kildare Village Gift Card can be used in all of our permanent brands*
13.	Should there be an issue with your Gift Card please contact the Kildare Customer Service Team

15.	Gift Codes are valid for use until the date of expiry as stated on your e-mail confirmation
