1.  Offer is valid for a €500 Expert Electrical Gift Code
2.  Gift Codes will be sent by email to the email address registered with Dulux Trade Points.
3.  Gift Codes will normally be received within 2 working days. Where possible we will try to meet all delivery requirements but neither Dulux nor WIN|WIN shall be liable for any loss incurred either directly or indirectly by failure to meet the delivery date and time indicated at the time of order being placed. ‘Loss’ in this instance includes loss of profit, costs, damages, charges or other expenses
4.     Risk will pass to the customer upon delivery. Neither Dulux nor WIN|WIN can be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged Gift Codes following delivery to the recipient. The Gift Code will NOT be replaced or refunded if lost, stolen or damaged. Neither Dulux nor WIN|WIN is responsible for Gift Code used without your knowledge
5.     The re-sale of Gift Code is strictly prohibited
6.     Gift Codes which are altered or cancelled will not be accepted
7.     The promotion is not open to employees of WIN|WIN or Dulux
8.     Gift Codes can be redeemed online only at www.expert.ie
9.     Minimum spend is the value of the Gift Code.
10.    Unused credit can't be carried to a subsequent purchase
11.  Only one Gift Code may be used per transaction.
12.  The Gift Code cannot be used against the purchase of gift vouchers or gift cards.
